1) Viconia deVir - Far more sexy/sultry than Morrigan, and without the slighly rediculous accent.

2) HK-47 - "98% probability the Jawa is trying to ask for our aid, master." "And the other 2 %?" "Meatbag is looking for trouble and needs to be blasted!"

3) Saren Arterius/Jon Irenicus - Both incredibly cool villians. At a push I'd probably go for Irenicus though, being an Englishman, I love it when someone with a good English accent is employed to play a good part.
