Hi

I hastily redeemed all my promo codes in my PC collectors addition, they all said they had been redeeemed but none of my content is appearing in the dowload section ingame no matter how much i refresh it.

It isn't showing in my registered promotions on this website either, another point to not. yet it says the content cant be redeemed. So does that mean all my codes are now void?

If you look in these forums there is an Unoffical FAQ help thread. Basically, it seems a needed service isn't installing/running properly, that thread will help you fix it, at least it worked for me.

My DLC didn't show up in game until I was able use the "Log In" from the main game menu. Once I did that I got the DLC.

I am logged in, the service is running (as administrator), and still nothing. I am dubious as to if the cause is the game due to the items not showing up anywhere on the website part of my profile.

The PC section is completely blank. It is like my codes have just been taken away and i have nothing for them!

I had this very same problem, until reading this thread. As some posts here suggest, running the launcher as administrator worked for me.

Yeah, read the instructions for the DLC...it states that you have to be logged in in order for the program to download and install the content. I was having the same issue, until I realized I needed to be logged in.

All those people who running ad admin has fixed their issue. Did their DLC show up at http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php ?

Both my DLC's show up there, yes. The Blood Dragon Armor and The Stone Prisoner

On another note, I found this thread while looking about the forums, from the brief look I had at it, it looks like a very detailed and helpful guide with various solutions to the problem this thread adresses. Have a look if you are still having problems.

Doesn't help me tho. The site isnt showing my used codes as activated for some reason. Unless i somehow have two accounts on the same email addy which would be weird.
