Where you do you find the DLC items ( Collector armour and assault rifle & Blood Dragon Armour) , from what Ive read from other people your should be able to get them armour locker before you meet the illusive man, Ive carried on playing till I got on the new Normandy and check the amoury and captains cabin but still no joy . I activated the the Cerberus network outside of the game and downloaded armours & Normandy crash and Zaeed. All of them downloaded and installed fine , on the main menu the the Cerberus network connects fine , am I being blind am missing a screen similliar to Dragonage:origins to manage your DLC stuff.
Any help would be much appreciated I paid extra to get the Collection edition and its bugging me that I cant use any of the items

Should be in your armor locker in your Captain's Quarters.
The new missions should show up in your private terminal under your email tab.
If that's not happening, then you may have experienced a glitch with it. I had that happen to me and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Then reinstalled the DLC. After that it showed up. Not an optimal solution, but as a last resort, you can try that.

I accidently redeemed my promo code with a different e-mail than the one i enter with in cerberus network and now it won't recognize my DLC. What do i do?

shame was hoping for a quicker solution , thanks for the advice will give it a go tomorrow , fingers crossed
