I did the quest  and told Ish to run away and got paragon points, but the quest is still up on my assignment list.

Can anyone help?

Yes, a bug for sure. It is still up in mine and I just completed my first playthrough.

I guess that ish was in such a hurry to get off Omega that he did not have time to change the status of his quest.

Same here. I think it's caused by the game interrupting giving Ish two packages if you go into the dialogue about him not doing what he does for a living. Because you've only given him one of them at that point, it keeps the quest open, but of course he's now gone......

Nope, I've collected both packages and it still leaves the quest in the journal. Could it be that taking the persuasive options causes the mission to bug? I've never taken the ordinary dialogue options.

Same thing happenned for me and IIRC I had both packages before going back to Ish ... oh well so much for "completing" everything.

You can go talk to Anto in Afterlife instead of Ish if you want to report him.

Yes. I did deliver the packages initially and  completed the quest no problem. Then I reloaded an earlier save the next day, choose the paragon option instead and now the quest is glitched.

That's what I meant, dude. The game says you've only given him one package at that point, even if you're carrying two, that's why the quest stays open. It's a bug. Better to take packges to him one at a time.
