 So I created 2 characters with no problem but now every time I try to create a new one it freezes right when Shepard is being brought back and the yellow skull on the blue background loading screen pops up. 

This EXACT event has happened to a few others ive talked to so I doubt its my disc/360 BUT this only started AFTER I downloaded the Zaeed DLC, so im wondering if some wires got crossed and this is a problem that is being fixed?

I tried it 5 times and it freezes at the same instant.
