I Love BioWare but you can tell THE EA people have had their hands in this process.
I believe now that I have wasted my redeem code because I have 2 EA acounts tied to the same email
and your backend server has tied this account to the inactive EA account on the same email address
as the ea account tied to my ps3 account so now you have my code and I have  for it.

Thanks  EA!

Love the game anyway Armor or not.

Edit: Finally found EA Phone Numbers for support! Called them and they were able to fix Account isues and bind the acounts correctly. Numbers below if they help others

Don't worry, getting the code for it is only half the suck. Then you get to carry around 1 piece of the set with you till you can get a toon up to 38 strength to wear it.... and additional pieces cost out the nose.

Wow, sounds like you have more serious problems than your account. Still - I feel your pain somewhat. I had a problem with my first account - that had my redemed items on it and my second account that worked with the game. I deleted the first account hoping it would free up the items but it doesn't. The first account (with the items) wouldnt work with the game because it had a password with some special characters the web site liked but the backened login proccess from the game didn't.

Anyway, I was able to get it fixed when I recreated the first account using the same email I did the first time. The items were still tied to that email address so they were there. I changed the password on the account and then everything (EVERYTHING) worked.

While it wasn't working I was pretty upset so I understand some of your pain.

Just have a little faith and patience and it will all work out.

Good luck

you do realise that you can tie multiple EA accounts to one email address (something I had to do myself recently), right?
