 hey i would really appreciate any help i could get, i looked at the sys reqs and i thought i would be ok but i guess not, i was wondering if there is anyway i could get effect 2 to run on my radeon x850 pro with 256mb, i have 4gb ram AMD Athlon 64X2 duel core processor 3800+ 2gh

i can hear everything and the mouse pointer comes up but nothing else

Your graphic card is below minimum specs, so you'd probably have to buy a new one to play the game.

Right on the back of the box, it says that the game requires the SM3 pixel shader capability, and the X850 (like all high end Xn00 cards) only had the Dx9.0"b" level -- more or less "SM2-plus" -- first notch of SM3, not enough.
