The movement zone on the left thumbstick is too small/sensitive in the forward/up position. For example, if I am walking forward and then let go, Shepard will will continue walking very slowly. I have to pull back a little to prevent this.

I have tested this on two controllers, one wired and the other wireless.

It's actually the play in your sticks. Mine does it too. It's just old controllers.
