I was having issues with the downloader, and following the guide on the forums here I fixed that last night, and was able to download the content and play it.
Today when I try to resume the game it says I don't have access to some of the content, and to log in as the correct owner, which I am.
Anyone have any ideas? I'd really like to continue the game I have about 16+ hours invested in.

Same problem right here. Says that I am unauthorized to use the Stone Prisoner DLC even though yesterday I was authorized, downloaded it, and played with it. Please fix this so that I can resume my game.

I have exactly the same problem. Might be some temporary server glitch seeing its so many of us. You can get around it playing while logged out, worked well for me.

I rebooted, logged in, and now it let me resume. If that is related or not, who knows, but I thought I'd add that in.

I had the same problem about an hour ago. It seems to have fixed itself but now all the gear I got from Warden's Keep is all missing it's textures and it's all one colour. The Warden Commander armour is featureless red and the starmetal sword I had the smith make is just white. Is this fixable?

Bleh. Well, seems to be working fine now after I exited the game for a while. I'm not sure if it was that that fixed it or the 1.01b patch. Oh well, at least it's fixed.

What fixed this problem for me was to run services.msc from the run command then find the dragon age downloader/updater and force start it.

Check that the Dragon Age Content Updater Service is running. Try manually starting it before you start the game.
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START
If it doesn't start or is missing there is more troubleshooting information in section 3 of the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ
There is also a beta fix available which may fix issues the service.

I have the same problems...
I followed the Troubleshooting FAQ up to the point where I had to manually install the Dragon Age Updater on 3.2.3. I'm stuck on that part. I don't know anything he's talking about. Can anyone tell me the steps? I'm not a techy person, but I just want to resume playing my game
