 I haven't looked any up, but to me Zaeed sounds a lot like Murdock and I thought I heard Avernus and Loghain on the Quarian Admiral jury judging Tali.  Others?

I think the person voicing Grunt also voiced Oghren.

Meer voiced a lot of the NPC's in Dragon Age, Claudia Black (voice of Morrigan) voiced the female Quarian admiral (forgot both of their names).

Most of the Quarian older females sounded like Morrigan's mother in Dragon Age. I thought that might be the same woman doing the voices.

This kinda has to do with the topic (since DA is involved):

I was in Afterlife and I was confronting the Batarian bartender about poisoning humans. A Turian came up wearing red armor, and his name was Ogrinn (sounds exactly like Oghren). I thought immediately that this was a little homage to Oghren from Dragon Age, since the names sounded exactly alike and Oghren had red hair (the Turian had red armor).

I can't think of them all off the top of my head, but I felt like a lot of dragon age references were in ME2 as well.  Mouse for one, and I can't help but compare Legion and Architect since both are individuals out of a hive mind.

That's Steve blum. He voices both Grunt and Oghren.

Actually, Zaeed was voiced by the same guy who voiced Lohgain. 

And yes, as someone stated below, Claudia Black played Admiral Xen.

No, you're wrong Zaeed was not voiced by Simon Templeman he was voiced by Robin Sachs.. who voiced Harrowmont in dragon age.

yeah I was playing through Tali's loalty mission and the far right Admiral started talknig and im like OMG ITS LOGHAIN!!! AND HE IS NICE!!!!

You're thinking of Kate Mulgrew, who didn't do any VO work in ME2 sadly.
