Wow I sent an e-mail since I messed up the promo and stated that the promo code was on my gmail account not my hotmail account and that I needed it fixed. I waited all week and no answer so I tried the chat and it got canceled 5 times so I called and waited for 60 mins. They fixed it on the phone then I played a bit that night then went to bed. In the morning I got a reply from my e-mail I sent and now they moved my Gamertag to the gmail account I didnt even ask for that. Im so pissed right now.
