So, I'm about to leave Purgatory and am having my departing dialogue with Jack.  She asks for access to the Cerberus databases and you have two options:  "Yes." or "[Bluff] Okay."  If you lie and bluff her (for renegade points), do you have an option later to change your mind?  Or is that it?  Does it close off Jack's loyalty mission?

I bluffed her and was still able to do her Loyalty mission. I think the dialogue is just for renegade/paragon points

She'll get what she wants no matter what you say And no, it doesn't matter for the loyalty quest.
