i pre-ordered mass effect 2 and i tried to get the terminus gear but failed epicly i need help!!! also do you need xbox live to get terminus gear!!!

I'm having trouble as well. Thinking about contacting the Consumerist Website and making a stink. Something offered so heavily as a promotion shouldn't be such a royal pain in the ass to use.

A couple of things to note regarding the Terminus Gear:



1) You don't automatically start with it on. When you eventually get to a place to change your armour, you can then access it there.



2) To my knowledge, your XBL email and your EA/Bioware Account Email must match so you can redeem the code.



3) This is kind of a gimme, but make sure you check the code to make sure you are entering it properly. ;p (I know, dumb, but it needs to be said none the less.)
