Hi all,

I have planned on romancing Miranda from the start, and have been doing fine - up until I did Jack's loyalty quest. I defended Jack in the aftermath, and in the process losing Miranda's loyalty. I managed to regain hers thru dialogue options a few missions later, only to realize that she no longer seems to wish to sleep with me. Does that mean I won't be able to romance her after all? It sucks, considering I'm too far forward in the game to go back, and I'm certainly not gonna even try getting into a bald woman's pants (let alone going back to Ashley the ugly xenophobic ****).

Well on retrospective, I probably would enjoy Jack's personality much better, if only she had some hair on her head; Tali's sweet and innocent and all, but romancing her makes me feel like a pedolphile; I like Kelly, too bad I've already (unknowingly) decided to let her rot in the Collector Ship along with the rest of Normandy's crew.

But here's what I think - WHAT THE HECK WAS I TO DO?! I mean, Jack has been through so much, and it really looked like Cerberus has done something terrible. My Shep is about 70% Paragon and 30% Renegade, but at that point it only seemed fair to reprimend Miranda for acting like a such a cold-hearted ****. So in order for me to woo this sophisticated girl with an icy exterior but otherwise decent heart, I have to say things I don't believe in?

What I don't understand is, Bioware - if I could win back Miranda's loyalty, WHY CAN'T I WIN BACK HER HEART TOO?

Well, since Kelly is already dead, you might as well explore the galaxy and hopefully find some missions that could give you more Paragon points. Check Illium, the Citadel, etc, for little missions that can boost your points. There a Paragon option, but you must need more points.

Pls read my thread carefully. I have alrdy gotten her loyalty back through paragon points. But it appears there's no way to win her back romance-wise. So more paragon points wouldn't help.

Simple. save right before you finish Jacks loyalty quest and go with Miranda. I dont give a **** if shes wrong about the argument, shes genetically modified for a reason ;D

She actually grew on me after her loyalty quest. I do like Jack alot, maybe even better than Miranda. But I can't get over her haircut. What fashion disaster.

Ehh, Miranda isnt THAT boring. I just think the creators didnt spend enough time to develop her story. Shes the Bastila Shan of Mass Effect in my book.

Correct. I found hers to be the best. Though I stuck with Tali in my, shall we say Canon playthrough, I really loved the scene with Jack. She's just so broken. It's hard for her to come to you, and they really managed to convey that with the character. It felt like she needed me more then any of the other characters.

can you have dinner with Kelly and still get Miranda? Does Kelly count toward the Paramour achievement? Can you get the striptease from Kelly and still hit Miranda? Been putting Kelly off for this reason.

Yes, no, and no.
She will have dinner with you regardless if you choose the right dialogues and keep flirting with her.
She won't dance for you until after the endgame and only if you're not romancing someone else.
She does not count for Paramour -- she has no sex scene, and she won't turn your ME1 LI's picture over.

You like pointing out that other people lack intelligence when you just completely missed the point of my post, I wasn't pointing out that Miranda wears a w.hore outfit, I was pointing out that you got the definition of definition completely wrong.

A definition is a formal passage describing the meaning of a word, phrase, person or object.

You sided against you lover? Wonder why she doesn't like you. You either side with her or get both to make peace. (IE Paragon/Renegade Persuasion Options). You picked a side, and now you blew it. Miranda might trust you again, but will never love you. Ce la vie.

That said, you can go chat up that girl you decided to side with. See what she has to say... who knows... when fate closes one door, it opens another. She may very well be worth it.
