 A quick question,
Is that possible for importing ME1 unfinished progress save file to ME2?

Dont think so because the game imports a special save that is created when you complete the game.

It will only import the end-game save file from a completed run-thru. If you never finished ME1, you can't import it. If you started a 2nd playthru with the same character, but didn't finish it, you can't import it. I finished my ME1 game with a L37 character and then started again and got to L50, but because that 2nd trip wasn't completed, those 13 levels are lost.

I remember that I have in the progress that Shepard just got the ability to drive a car on a new planet, do anyone can tell me that about how many hours remains to complete ME1? or how many percentage?

From what i understand you have just left the citadel after been made a Spectre right?

The game lasts about 30 hours with all side quests
