Here is a thread for those who lose team and are wondering why, ask a question, and someone answers

I'll start with this

I just completed my frist playthrough getting everyone loyal and making all the upgrades and some how I loose two people.

While going through the swam of bugs with Thane blocking them, I reach the end and the swam of bugs surround Garrus and take him away, I was like no not Garrus , one of my old friends.

next moment the other team being lead by Tali is calling for help, I get the doors open and then, boom, Tali gets hit, Tali another old friend , how, how could I loose both of them, at the sametime no less .

any ideas on what I did wrong
