Since when does Limp Bizcuit look mullatto or Puerto Rican? And the only reason some Puerto Ricans look white, is because they ARE white.

We are talking several centuries in the future friend and India also has an incredible amount of resources, including Thorium which is useful for nuclear power, I believe.  As a matter of fact, in our lifetime the most upwardly mobile and influential countries will probably be:

Brazil, India, and China.  Russia wishes it was part of this 

Each one has unique resources and growth.  I suggest you look into this as each one is very interesting on their own.

Brazil will kill each other off before that happens. It's anarchy there and the police are corrupt.

 It doesn't look good either for the fact that a majority of their death videos end up on the Traces of Death series or LiveLeak.
