After completing ME2 last night, I was about to start again and was unable to. When I went to import my other ME1 character, the screen that allows you to choose which import file was "frozen" . . . I saw the list of saves, but the controller would not let me go down the list. I went back to ME1 and tried to clean up a few saves, cleared the cache. Nothing works. Anyone else having this problem?

Mine is not exactly the same, but I am also having issues with the character importer. In my case, I went back to ME1 to run through again, completing the game. Now that I'm trying to import that character into ME2, it is not showing up. I don't have any characters available for import beyond 2008, even though I just completed a game 2 days ago. Most of the characters on my importer list are characters I've erased from all of my memory devices as well. Is it possible to clear the cache, so to speak, on the importer?

I figured my situation out. It is extrememly confusing that the importer lists your character creation date as "date last played". Devs, can you please fix this for the ME2 character importer for 3?
I would like to be able to clear my ME1 (and, as an extension) the character importer of old saves for characters I no longer have save data for and no longer desire to play. If anyone knows how to do this (is it even possible?), my OCD would thank you forever!
