i just bougt the steam version of ME1 after i finish that... will there be  problems importing the save to the retail version of ME2.

i did the exact same thing, ME1 on steam and ME2 retail. i had no problems at at all; just a bit of a search to find the saved games folder for ME1 (not in steam files btw)
