Yep iv talked 2 him several time, he just told me he hates all turians (which scares me)

Is he actually loyal to you? He has to be loyal in order for you to have the skill. And just because you finish it, doesn't mean they're loyal. You can mess it up. I messed Zaeed's up not knowing that. :<
