The Planet Asteria does not appear for me, it is meant to be in the first orbit.
The planet is refered to in the description of the Planet Bothros.
It is also listed on the Mass Effect Wikia as existing.

- Have Xbox 360 Collector's Edition
- Am playing from the second disk (installed)
- Have all the DLC, and updates
ERROR REPORT: Planet Asteria > Hekate System > Hades Nexus - is gone...
