Ok my xbox is not currently connected to xbox live so obviously I cannot connect to the Cerberus Network. However, after redeeming the codes on the website, I took my harddrive and game to a friends house to download the dlc. So when I went to the armor locker to change into the collector armor it does not allow me to, like it was not even there. I checked the memory on my harddrive and the dlc was downloaded on there succesfully. So the only thing I can think of is that I must be connected to the Cerberus Network to access it. Is this the case?
