so i beat the game and did all the loyalty missions and upgraded everything but i still lost 3 people? how did this happen everytime they died i had no control over it? does anyone know why this happened?

Who did you assign to what?

for example

1st specialist
fire team leader
2nd specialist
escort (if any)
diversion leader

Who did you assign to do the tasks? Also if you take a lot of time to reach a room party members will die.

i had thane with me the whole time he died in a cut scene for no reason when i was closing a door. mordin died after walking thru the vent shaft even tho i saved hime when we were closing ht edoor he got shot. I dont understand they were both loyal?

Well there are somethings you need to consider about who you send to do what.



Mordin is a doctor not a tech guy. Think of Tali or Legion for that task.



Thane might be due to the time you took to get to the door.

Apparently you're supposed to choose Tali or Legion to go through the vent so that might have been your first mess up.

**** i just picked mordin because it was a suicide mission and i thought whoever went was gonna die and i use him the least... but still thane had no reason to die.. I couldnt of took long getting to the door i flew thru that level..

Possibly then what SwordEmperor said is what you need to do. Upgrade Thane.

Mordin's a scientist, not a tech and maybe you didn't upgrade Thane's skills.

thanes skills were completely upgraded i used him the whole game..
