Being a completionist and not knowing what the future will bring, I've been scanning for resources on every rich and good level planets down to depleted/poor (and sometimes moderate) while I explore.  I'm at 4 of 5 for most  weapon and armor upgrades, most of the heavy weapon upgrades and a bunch of ship upgrades (fuel, guns, shields, armor, scanner, med bay).  Every upgrade I've found from stores has been purchased except for one shotgun upgrade on Omega.

I'm at 90,000 Element Zero, 300,000+ Iridium, Platinum, Palladium.   Should I stop scanning for resouces now and just move through the rest of the missions?  I haven't hit the derelict reaper ship (for the IFF) and I have a 3 or 4 loyalty missions in my journal (citadel, Tuchanka).
