My E-mail account for my Ea account and the one on my xbox dont match up. Does anybody know how important this is when downloading the Terminus armor set? It would really beat having to wait a month for Microsoft to let me change my E-mail. I would really appreciate any answers!

It's not important at all. I have two different e-mail addresses for my Live and EA account. There are stickies in this forum that show you how to link your accounts.
