After the mission where you recruit Thane, the yoeman told me ol' IM said he would like a word, intrigued I went to the briefing room to speak with him. I entered the room and door shut behind me, not concerned at this point since doors offen do that on future ships. I then attempted to activate IM's quantum entanglement walkie talkie but the box that lets me know what im thinking of remained orange, odd since it turns blue when i want to use it. Thinking this a clerical error and IM didn't wish to make words after all, I turned to leave the room but the door now was in a conspiracy with the table radio, and I am now trapped in this room. Restarts, reloads, weird movements, even a reinstall using same saves leads me to the conclusion that this is a glorious puzzle, but those thoughts have left also and it's been 2 days since i have seen another face or had a drink of water, and I feel I have been betrayed.

Is there a solution or is the briefing room really a griefing room, and shall be my tomb?

In case that was too cryptic hears the short, I'm trapped in the briefing room after completing the mission "recruit Thane" the door and table have the orange boxes showing they have interactions but can not be selected hence no leaving the room or talking to the illusive man

I hav ethe same problem but on the first mission after waking up, and speaking to him the first time.
