I am having one hell of a time getting my Pre-ordered Terminus armour for ME2. EA Support is the worst support I have ever come into contact with.

My BIOWARE ACCOUNT will not link up right with my EA account for some reason, I have no idea why. I can't delete my EA account to start it over so I can't fix this problem myself.

When I link my EA account on this Bioware site it works fine, but it does not link up my Xbox Gamer Tag and I cannot download my preordered gear!!!!!

Thanks a lot guys, way to build working software. I have been tring to solve this problem since the game came out. And no one has provided any useful information. Maybe if you hired some ENGLISH speaking people, that understand what an AMERICAN person is trying to say. My problem would already be solved..

If EA is publishing ME3 I will not buy it.
