First to say, fun game and great story...
but as I played i started to notice several flaws in graphics :S
Anyone else also enountered similar problems like eyelids not rendering correctly during dialogues so you get to see the entire eyeball :S Or that parts of the background shows multiple times, overlaying eachother so you get to see the same image 30-40 times, but slightly moved aside?
Strangly these errors only started to show up when i was way past 50% of the game.
Playing with settings maximized (Asus nVidea 9800 gt 1Gb ram, vista SP2, 4G ram and quadcore 3 Ghz). Entire system is up to date.

I have a the 360 ver. (what?) and some graphical bugs I noticed:
-Sometimes, when i enter or exit an area, the "detail" of the area I just entered look unfinished then after a second the "detail" comes back.
-After finishing some missions, I kill the last enemy and the whole environment disappears as it fades out.
Nothing major so far...

There are many graphical and clipping bugs during dialogues/cinematic scenes. Characters sometimes seem to randomly dissappear, reappear, change positions or get stuck in objects. Should definately be fixed because takes a lot of atmosphere in the cinematic scenes/dialogues.
