After waiting patiently for 30 mins in the queue the chat window said status cancelled! What is with that?
When the session is cancelled you can email, but the link was bad!
Does this mean anything "bc vip ca 01 rightnow tech end user ask"

I did this twice. I got fed up and said "screw it" and just sent an email. I doubt that'll do any good, though.
