i was in the clinic on Omega and in the room oposite of the room you talk to morton( im sure thats not how his name is spelled) and i ended up on top of a table while trying to find i way off i ended up on the opposite side of the table in the scenery and i can leave the building and walk in the nothingness outside but i cannot find a way back inside the actual game part, i have tried getting back over that table but i cannot.

There are a couple spots where you get caught up in the architecture like that. I just had to reload a save game from before I got stuck, then avoid walking in that area the next time around.
