HELP!!! Im having Shale Issues!!!!

I just purchased Dragon Age Origins about a month ago for my XBox 360, & I got the 2 free dowload codes for Shale & the otehr for the Blood Dragon Armor. My problem is that when i go from the main menu on the game to redeem the code to unlock shale, the code is only 16-characters long, & its asking for a 25-character code...almost like u were redeeming an xbox live membership. Can anyone tell me if this is a typo from EA/Bioware, or do I have to redeem the code somewhere & somehow else? Otherwise hes 1200 microsoft points! Can someone help me to figure out what I can do? I REALLY REALLY REALLY want Shale & to be able to use the code!

Redeem the code on this site here:

On left hand side of forum - Profile/Redeem Promo Code

Then let your game update and install from downloadable content menu

Ty sooo much for the advice! It worked & we are downloading shale right now! Now, does that also work the same for the Blood Dragon Armor to be applied for bother the Dragon Age game as well as Mass Effect 2?
