i was in the clinic on Omega and in the room oposite of the room you talk to morton( im sure thats not how his name is spelled) and i ended up on top of a table while trying to find i way off i ended up on the opposite side of the table in the scenery and i can leave the building and walk in the nothingness outside but i cannot find a way back inside the actual game part, i have tried getting back over that table but i cannot.
major mass effect 2 glitch needs fixing

reload from an autosave.. or your last savepoint.. else you will be trapped for all eternity.

Something similar happened on the Normandy Crash Site DLC. I suddenly was up about two feet in mid air and I could walk around in an area of about 5 square feet. had to re-load an auto-save. Was really annoying though.
