hey ive seen these 2 quests for the citadel listed on other boards buti cant seem to trigger them, does anyone know if there are any specific conditions to trigger these 2 quests?
forged i.d and capt bailey.

The Forged ID is found dureing Garrus's loyalty quest.If that helps you any.

I know that, but who do you give the Forged ID to? I went all around Citadel & Illium but no one wanted it, and I doubt anyone on Tuchunka wanted it either.

when you go to the bottom floors when on the citadel you should get a journal update about a Asari wanting a way off the citadel,you can give it to her for renegade points,or talk to a person at C-Sec to let her go for paragon points,hopefully this helps you more

Also, the forged ID quest can only be finished once you complete Thane's loyalty quest.

I convinced the c-sec lady to give them passage.. and THEN gave the fake ID to them lol
