So long story short, Amazon deleted my pre-order, I was able to salvage things after several days of panick, long chats with Amazon support (The ones who deleted it in the first place), and a last second check of newegg, I was able to get my Collectors Edition.

I know I have no way to prove it, but is there some way to still get my pre-order bonus?
