In previous promo shots I've seen the option of wearing Sam Fisher esque glowing googles as head gear, have not found in game. Any help?

Yeah it's one of the Dr pepper items, I went out and got 3 20oz bottles just for them. The goggles are my least favorite though, I prefer the visor and hood.
