after beating mass effect 2 for the first time i thought id jump right into the second playthrough. i continued using the same char i did my first playthrough, i kept all my guns and levels, but for some reason my renegade/paragon both went down to nothing... is that supposed to happen? my first playthrough was a me1 import, so i started my mass effect 2 game with dead even renagade and paragon (i usually play grey as opposed to pure renegade/paragon) but for some reason after i beat the game and decided to use thqat char again he lost all his renegade/paragon status, meaning that ill have even less chance to use intimitade/charm than on my first playthrough....doesnt make much sense.

Doing a NG+ does not give you the bonuses you received from a ME1 import.
