So I just completed my first ME2 playthrough, and I loved every minute of it, but I want to ask something of you guys.
I cheated on Liara, I know very harsh of me, but I was wondering, when I import my ME2 Character back around again for the second playthrough will she still be in love with me?

it should disregard all decisions made in ME2 and only have those made in the first game

No, that was his opinion. They will carry over and she'll undoubtedly be PO'd and be out for blood. You screwed around and that won't be forgotten.
