There are several achievements that state "across all playthroughs" such as recruiter, hopelessly romantic, etc.

Does this mean, for example, I would have to have relations with all four of the possible romance plots with a playthrough on every origin story?

No, it just means that you have to have done them all, in any number of playthroughs.



So you might get one or two your first time... then the second time just one... your third time playing you might not get any... and you could do another on your fourth...



Basically, once you've seen all of them... you get the achievement.
