It says my level 60 Shepard is not a "Valid Mission Complete File".
Now, I have read on restrictions for this and I have only ever played ME1 and ME2 on one console so this play-through was started, finished, and is now trying to carry over all on the same XBox 360 and Hard-Drive.
This playthrough is a "new game plus" which is the only thing I can think could be the problem.
If that is the problem then could someone please let me know.

The problem isn't because it is a new-game+ character, as I started mine with a Lvl 59 NG+ character with no problems.
even though it helps narrow the problem down.. I have no idea what your problem could actually be.

Well for me I went in and kicked Saren's butt again to see if that could help and all it has is a level 50 file two level 57 files(My second playthrough I wanted to see the council dies ending but I wanted the council lives ending too) and two level 60 files(the first one I had plus the one I did again to see if it could fix the problem) and only my level 50 file is valid. Is there any way for me to delete those other files so only one of my level 60 files is even left?
