If I remembered right, she had her kid more than 100 years ago, so it can't be Liara.

Liara was over 100 in ME1 - if you romance her you can bring up the "age difference"

im not sure about that but im sure about aria of omega being the woman the wrex was hired to kill and when he does he gets a message saying better luck next time which is also said when shaepard ask for aria history

Matriarch Benezia is atleast 800 years old, liara is 108 years old in Me2, the bartenders parents where in rachi war and the krogan rebellion, but the bartender is still a Matron, so if Benezia and the bartender had kids, the bartender would of been like 300, and benezia 700, or something like that its not too likely

I doubt it, highly. Aira has more chance of being Liara's father then the bartender and by chance I mean absolutely zero. Hell for all we know it might be Samara.

Bartender was a Matriarch. Her entire character concept is, "What the heck is an Asari Matriarch doing tending a bar?"
