Cannot activate kujumetan's cerebus network connection, it says i am underage and need guardian approval. I got to the page to key in the guardian's email and it timed out the connection. Please help.

BTW, I am not underage and I got an original copy of the game. I do not know what is wrong.

Same thing here, i need my guardian mail....i made my new ea account 10 days ago and i entered in it then nothing changed, still asked for my guardian...i am 34 yo guys....
