It was Miranda for my Shepard. Guess it felt right with what both of them had gone through.

Garrus and Tali, I like how Kaiden freaks out when you bring Garrus with you when you first meet him.

Give me a T, give me an A, give me a L, give me a I!
Whats that Spell?
TALI.
The only drawback is that you're not going to get whatever huge payoff they have in store for those who stay with Ashley/Liara/Kaiden for the entire trilogy.

Agreed. She's just so cute. I was never really attracted to her in ME 1, but she's just so nice and I feel so bad for her not being able to experience touch. When she said the line about not believing Shepard would ever see past her helmet I just had to "Awwwwwwwwww"Bano1245 wrote...

Tali, she's like a little school girl when you flirt with her, even though she is usually serious when on missions and it's pretty obvious she loved for a very long time, probably since ME1

Believe it or not, Jack's romance was very sweet when it happened.
Well, I thought so at least...

its a tie between Miranda and Jack for me. I think on another play through i will finish the romance with Jack, and then maybe a third with nobody, playing as my soldier shep that romanced Ash in the first game, that way i have that save for ME3.

Garrus is amazing as a romance option because it's very touching, sad and reveals a completely other side of him.
Tali is also amazing, because it actually feels like a romance instead of "Oh Shepard, you're hot. Let's bang."

Tali, though I honestly didn't see it happening until it did. Made the fact that I passed over the other LI's when I played the first game (on this character) that much better. It just felt like it had more meaning behind it story-wise than Ash or Liara.
Not saying Miranda isn't hot though...
Kelly just threw me off with the comment she made about Garrus when he came on board.
Jack? No. Just no. Bad enough she's a psycho, worse she has a masculine sounding name leading to questionable gender background.

Jack really surprised me. I thought I was going to absolutely hate her character, but her story was actually really well done. I didn't romance her, but I did like her.

I am a Miranda man myself. I like everything about her, especially the accent. It's going to be hard not to choose her on my 2nd male shepard playthrough. I did want to do (no pun intended) someone else though simply to see more content.
Though I didn't have an opportunity to romance, my favorite character probably in the entire ship is Thane. He's just so amazingly written in my opinion, I love the way the voice sounds. It was a great twist to throw in that he was dying, and an even better one that he has a son.

Tali all the way. Miranda is hot but she just seems like another Cerberus drone until the end of the game, and all my Shepards are Paragon aka anti-cerberus. Jack is wacko, so that's a no-go.
I haven't played FemShep, but I like to think of Garrus as more of a bromance for my male Shep, so romancing him would seem odd. I love the guy like a brother, but not in a romantic way.
Tali and Liara are tied for my favorite ME romances. When ME3 comes around, one of my Shep's will stay loyal to Liara, and one will not have any romances in the first game but will romance Tali in the second.

Maybe I was too quick to judge with Jack, so I didn't do her loyalty mission. I thought I would want nothing to do with Mordin as a squad member when I started playing. Once I got to know him he made the game that much more hilarious. Great character. Excellent source of comedy relief.

I'd have to say Miranda. It just felt like a culmination of what we both were going through. But I have to agree with ohmagawd - I'm a little upset about not being able to romance Samara. And she said if I needed her she'd come. Oh well, there's always ME3.

Tali reminds me of my wife (personality-wise), so of course I chose her. Very cute and very friendly.. Caring more about others than herself.

Tali. If only the ME1 romances were this well done...
Tried Jack, didn't like her character.
Haven't tried Miranda yet, only stumbled into one romantic conversation. Was not impressed. May try her on another playthrough.

Miranda.
But I was so disappointed I couldn't romance Samara....you could feel the tension between her and Shepard, especially when they were about to kiss...*sigh*
