I would say the thing I liked least about the game was how little dialog between each other was put in the game, and more so how little dialog there was towards the player character. Garrus says practically nothing to you. Jacob says almost nothing, after a while all he talks about is "spilling drinks on the Citadel."
Miranda only talks about having sex and if you're still interested, Jack doesn't wanna talk because I don't want her, and everyone else pretty much doesn't want to talk.
Also, I brought Garrus along with me to Tuchanka to meet with Wrex. Wrex doesn't even take notice of him, even after going through what they went through on the first Normandy? Wrex and Garrus were the two people I used exclusively in ME1, no matter who else was available.

There is some dialog, if I recall correctly.
Taking Tali with you for the geth mission obviously gets you quite a bit.
It all depends on the combinations of who you bring with you. A little disapointing, yes.
