for me..

1.weapons that are worth it!
what was the point to getting the hand cannon? ya, double the power, but then it has half the clip?? what kind of uprgrade is that? it ends up balancing out. same with the assault rifle.
2. i know they probably wont, but I would love for them to release the special promotion items on a dlc. the blackstorm, the incisor, etc.. sigh, if only
3. I would love to get a mission where you go find an uncharted world with an alien race that is not technologically advanced. i mean, every race in the game has all sorts of crazy tech. I want to go wreak havoc on a wartorn primative world. maybe with technology like we have now, or even earlier. we land, the locals panic. paragon: we negotiate with them and help them solve some problem with an evil dictator or something. renegade: we go to town demolishing everything in our sight
4. They should have one where your shuttle malfunctions and goes down in some ruins on a backwater planet that has another thorian creature. i loved that part on feros where you had to fight the thorian and all of those creepers. we have a flamethrower now! that would be so much fun
5. i know not many people liked pinnacle station, but i kind of liked that. I like random survival type missions. maybe instead of constant spawning enemies, they could have separate waves of increasing amounts and varying enemies. maybe have a couple rounds of standard ground troops and then a round that has a few of those assault mechs.

6. go solo
have a mission where you don't have a squad. like the normandy mission, just with a real purpose to it instead of collecting dogtags

not being entirely serious with this one, but it would be hilarious to go back in time and help the spartans at thermopylae

I'd like to see a full Idenna mission. I was all pumped up on that side mission but it was just defend the quarian. I suspect Hendel Mitra and Gillian will show up in the third.

saw it on the forums when some guys reverse engineered some ME2 files and supposedly there's some missions on ilium that refer to liara. Possibly helping her take down the shadow broker perhaps? Could be expansion material..

I'd like a mission where after you beat the game you get the option to go and blow up cerberus hq, along with the illusive man. Probably not going to happen since it would effect part 3 greatly.

i thought it was different because of the big ship thing over the city at the end

maybe, i just assumed that it was sheperd, thane and grunt fighting to stop the collectors from taking all the colonist at horizon.

I would like to see some missions involving the council... But that's probably unlikely since the default version of the game has them dead.
