OMG I think i found a kangaxx kind of quest. I found a head and a torso, along with codex info that tells that I have to merge them with the limbs in order to call forth a powerful being. It also doesn't appear as a quest, and I have yet to find the limbs, but It seems to be a homage to the BG2 secret boss. For those of you wanting to know where it is, its in the Deep roads.

I had to use my beautiful noble as a profile photo. I'm still trying to find the limbs though. Its definitey not in the area I found the other two components.
