I'm getting to the first of the loyalty missions, and I noticed in both Jacob and Miranda's convo-trees there's an option for "not right now". Is that because you have to do it once you open it? Like right now I agreed to both. If I do Miranda's, will Jacob's close and him be mad at me the next time I talk to him? Or is it like any other journal entry/mission and you can just have them open and do them when you get to them?
Loyalty missions - can have more than one going at a time?

Nah, you can have them all open and do them at your leisure. At one point I had 8 waiting just hangin' around.
