Still, be pretty awesome if Shepard could survive sex with her. I mean we're talking about the guy that survived the prothean beacon mind warp - there's definitely something extra in him. And having sex with Morinth - maybe killing her in the process instead - would be a very powerful way of showing dominance.
well my Shepard is technically a more powerful biotic than any of his teammates....

how do u recruit morinth? wats her abilities?
You basically choose her instead of Samara at the end of Samara's quest. She then disguises herself as Samara when in front of the crew, but acts completely different when you visit her in her room on the Normandy. It was a pretty spectacular game changer really, since even TIM is fooled.
She does everything Samara does, but instead of the 'Reave' power, she gets a 'Dominate' power that like AI hacking for organics.
In her ship conversations she hints that you might be the one person strong enough to survive mating with her.

You can seriously romance Morinth?
Why would you do that?
Assuming you die, I would hope someone on your crew would have the decency to murder Morinth for you. Grunt perhaps.
Nah. He'd probably f*ck her too.

She's an Ardat-Yakshi. No matter how tough or willful you are, sexing Morinth is invariably fatal. I didn't know she could join you instead of Samara, though. That's pretty badass.
The option is right there at the bottom "Kill Morinth" and "Kill Samara". Or did you not do her loyalty quest yet?

Bit like the succubus in Planescape. She was a romance interest, but even kissing her resulted in death. Unlike Morinth she was actually well meaning and in love with the PC, however.
That, and death in Planescape didn't mean much, at least for the PC.
Crack fic idea - Shepard becomes Nameless!

Can you cure yourself from getting electrocuted when you stick your wet finger in a light socket?
Sure, lots of ways. Cut the power to the circuit ahead of time or wear an insulating glove over your wet finger for example. Not that I want them to actually do that to Morinth. I think the character is great the way she is.

Those aren't cures - those are protective measures. If you stick your finger in a light socket, you will be electrocuted. You mind-meld with Morinth you will be overloaded. She can't help it, she can't cut back the juice, she has no circuit breaker to trip to save you just in time, unless Miranda/Jack/Jacob/Mordin comes in and shoots her before you are brain jelly.

Since Asari sex is done though "mind melting" or whatever perhaps we should have her **** the entire reaper fleet

Mordin, "Biological functionality ceased. Minor matter to fix. Going back to play practice. Have role in new Gilbert and Sullivan revival."
Tali, "Shepard, you were dead? Again?"
Shepard shrugs, "Death? Been there, done that..."
Garrus, "Twice."
Jack, "Damn, Shepard, remind me not to get on your bad side."
Grunt, "Talk about quads."
Miranda, "When you're done having lethal relations, can we get back to saving the universe?"
Joker, "So, Commander, any advice? I'm just saying, EDI's looking pretty good, but I don't want to risk it."
Shepard, "Don't die."
EDI, "Commander, it is phsyically impossible for a human to interface with an AI in the manner you imply."
Joker, "EDI..."
EDI, "Yes, Joker."
Joker, "That was a joke."

They are ways of sticking your finger in a light socket without getting electrocuted. My point is that it is possible and no, every time you stick your finger in a light socket you will not be electrocuted because I've put my fingers in many light sockets without ever once being electrocuted. Doesn't matter if she can't control it herself. Neither can the light socket. Doesn't mean its impossible for someone to find a way to "trip the circuit breaker" or "wear a glove" ahead of time. Such as some sort of medical procedure, genetic therapy, or shielding device.
All we know about her condition is that its an extremely rare genetic mutation and currently there is no cure. Saying its impossible to cure is just plain stupid. If the writers decide they want her back and they want her to be cured she will be. Simple as that. Do I want that to happen? No. Do I expect that to happen? No. Doesn't mean it can't happen. Anything can happen in a science fiction story.
