Hey all, I am in the quarantine lab and am trying to make the antidote for the sick scientists; is there anything
other than mixing and changing the vials I need to do? I am wondering if you need to time when the vials are changed. How can I succeed at this? Thanx for the help,

Look at the little arrows on that line above the button icons. Get the line between those arrows.

you have to be quick and stop the moving line between the arrows by pressind the big tab below And be be ready to this four times I think. Took a while to figure out what to do, I kept looking for the instructions everywhere in that room!
