Nugbane - Currently bugged, cannot be pickpocketed from the Mines Commander in the Orzammar Commons. He only provides a basic dwarven loot table when pickpocketed, checking the toolset though you can clearly see the crossbow is marked as "Stealable" but it's impossible to do so.

Dead Metal Helmet - Doesn't appear as loot, or as a stealable on any npc in the game. Yet again verified by checking the toolset files.

Dwarven Defender - Same as the first two.

Today, I happened to have looted a nugbane and the only mod I use is qwinn's DAO Fix pack. I don't recall reading anything about fixing unobtainable item bugs.
