Among my favorite D&D RPGs are the two Icewind Dale games and the Neverwinter Nights 2 expansion, Storm of Zehir. These three games let you create an entire adventuring party instead of just a single character. In the Icewind Dale games, you could create a party of six, while in Storm of Zehir, you could create four characters and be able to recruit up to two companions (a compromise between a fully-customized party of six and being able to create only one character).
Among my favorite parties were Gnome: Total War (all-gnome party), Team Arcane (all-spellcaster party), and the Brotherhood of Nod (all-Banite party, just substitute Bane for Kane).
What do you think?
Icewind Dale and Storm of Zehir...

If you mean you would like an option to create a full party in DAO, there are respec mods out there that at least give you some options to do so. I hear ya though, it really adds to replayability if you don't always have to lug around the same characters.

I think um....cool story bro?
Is this supposed to be tied to DA somehow? If so I really didn't get the question.

You can do the same in the BG games by creating a multiplayer party and copying the first saved game to the singleplayer save folder then loading it from within a singleplayer game session.

What I mean was that I'd like to see something like this in Dragon Age. Forgot to include that in my original post.
